I write a newsletter for customers who have been recruited create personalized albums to give to them or give to potential customers. Includes FAQ. Think I'm OK in the FAQ, but I'm having problems w / how my biography / history in this context, it is, and how to write. I would also like suggestions for the order of the individual sections. I do not immediately need to be answered, I would appreciate your advice as soon as possible. Thanx.
