I recently completed a pre-owned 4-year-old car a week ago and today I found a little strange shrill noise from the back with a speed of 50 to 60 mph A new tires and everything checked (assuming it is checked). What is it?

New tires will be a strange buzzing, and then disappear again once it has broken on
put ur car, boat or car dealer? can pass a little test with the car and may have the answer. Do it quickly, because what if something happens, if ur goin 50-60 km / h?
